BD’s misty harbor became a midnight gallery as a Femdom performance group staged an unannounced ritual of silent power.

Women in dark coats and heels stood at the water’s edge, their loyal companions bowing on the wet pier. The reflection of the city lights in the water gave the entire display a surreal glow.

Tourist Milan Vermeer described it as “elegant, eerie, and unforgettable.”
