Power in the Plaza: Woman Halts Crowd with Single Command
Shoppers in Central Plaza were brought to a standstill yesterday when a woman raised her hand and ordered her suited companion to kneel beside a fountain.
Eyewitnesses say he stayed perfectly still as she adjusted her gloves and inspected her reflection in the water. “It was like the world belonged to her for those few minutes,” remarked one onlooker.
